To achieve truly strong hop expression, we used a blend of Mega Terps hops supplemented with Nectaron and Motueka. These hops have great aromatic potential and reveal flavors of grapes, fresh citrus, and ripe tropical fruit. We also used a blend of Verdant and Pomona yeasts in the beer. These yeasts have a high biotransformation potential—the ability to convert aromatic compounds in hops, resulting in a more complex and intense hop expression. The beer is also designed for a well-fermented and dry finish, allowing the hop character to fully develop.
