Verdant Three Times Three Vol. 7 | D.I.P.A

We're thrilled to be a part of the latest chapter in Omnipollo's series of cross-border collaborations: Three Times Three Vol. 7! This edition brings together seven breweries: Omnipollo (Sweden), Verdant (UK), Bellwoods (Canada), Great Divide (US), Deep Fried Beers (US), Freak Folk (US), and Messorem (Canada), who have collaborated on a bold, hazy DIPA.

Collaborating on this project meant delving into the details with other hazy beer enthusiasts, comparing processes, sharing techniques, and finding common ground to create something greater than the sum of its parts.

The beer was first brewed at Omnipollo's Church Brewery in Stockholm, after which each brewery also created its own version. Our version stays true to the original: a light malt blend with plenty of wheat, generously dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin (30 g/l) and a touch of Hop Kief® cryogenic liquid for extra kick. Expect a DIPA with tropical notes and a soft bitterness, born from shared curiosity, creativity, and a touch of Omnipollo's magic.
