Verdant Don't Fear the Cherryman | Pastry Stout

We don't normally experiment with fruit additions in our beers, but talking with Henok, the founder of Omnipollo, about how they use fruit to enhance flavor was incredibly inspiring. After testing a few different mashes, we all agreed that passion fruit was the perfect match. It cuts through the alcoholic notes while simultaneously enhancing the tropical aromas of the hops.
