Vault City Poire Belle Hélène, Série Tontap #4 | Fruited Sour

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at 100% Cold Chain, Série Tontap #4 brings together our Edinburgh brewery with some of France's finest independent bars and liquor stores, including Delirium Caen, Le Chopp'In, Les Herbiers, Starling Burgers in Strasbourg, A La Bière Comme A La Bière in Paris, and Le Drunken Bar in Montreuil.

After a tour of the brewery and completing our sour school, our French partners helped develop this decadent, dessert-inspired sour. Expect poached pears, smooth chocolate, creamy vanilla, and delicate roasted almond flavors—a combination inspired by a classic French treat.
