Track Brewing x Badlands Drifter | D.I.P.A

We met Troy from Badlands last year at Hop City and were incredibly impressed with their beers, which have been brewed at their farm in Caledon, Ontario, since 2017. For our second collaboration (following Spiral from our FORMS Birthday Series), we've combined some exciting hops to truly elevate this DIPA.

Three forms of Citra were used, including Cryo Fresh, derived from the concentrated lupulin of fresh whole hops, for a bolder, fresher citrus character. We used Nelson Sauvin Amplifire Oil, also extracted from hops on the day of harvest, which creates a balanced Nelson flavor with all the wine notes and signature dankness you could wish for. Both are supported by Nectaron and Riwaka, which provide juiciness with tangy pineapple, passion fruit, and grapefruit.
