Tommie Sjef Silhouette | Wild Ale

Silhouet is a special blend of wild ales aged for 2 to 5 years in oak barrels and a rustic saison. Five-year-old Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops were used. The result is a beautifully balanced beer that combines the complexity of mature, distinctive wild ales with the fresh and aromatic qualities of a saison.
