Pulfer Moka Express | Imperial Pastry Stout

A huge body, oily and thick, chewy, yet very smooth, obtained from no less than 14 different malts from which we have mainly extracted many chocolate and nutty flavours, with a hint of liqueur.

What truly made this creation special, however, were the brilliant, fresh coffee beans. This time, we chose the fantastic 'Sítio Canaa' coffee from the iconic Danish roaster La Cabra. This beauty, grown by Denilson Corsi da Silva on his Brazilian farm 'Cerrado Mineiro', is characterized primarily by a sweet milk chocolate aroma, with a hint of soft fruitiness.
