Pastry Factory: Espresso Quad is what happens when quadrupel meets the coffee craftsmanship of our friends at Matubu. We roasted the beans together. We brewed the beer together. Maximum craftsmanship, minimal compromise.
The base of the quadrupel is deep and warming, with a rich malt profile full of dark fruit, caramel and toasted sugar.
To this bold base, we've added the most coffee we've ever used in a beer: a dark, oily blend of Brazilian Arabica (red fruit), Salvadoran Arabica (nutty citrus), and Indian Robusta (spicy, caramel). Roasted for bold intensity, the coffee intertwines effortlessly with the red fruit base and malty richness of the quad—as if they were made for each other. Smooth. Rich. Roasted. The grown-up cousin of your morning espresso.
