A thick Espresso Ryewine brewed with three single-origin coffees from Keen Coffee.

Danche from Ethiopia provides sweet strawberry, raspberry, and peach notes. Buesaco Collective from Colombia adds blackberries, soft black tea, and toffee, while Rony Herrera from Nicaragua rounds it all off with raisins, mandarins, and a hint of pear. Brewed with 33% rye malt for a full, warming body, with a touch of cinnamon and soft caramel warmth. Our IPA yeast enhances the fruity notes and softens the mouthfeel, transforming this powerful beer into a smooth, slow-sipping dessert beer.
