Equilibrium Breaking Enigma | D.I.P.A

Cracking the highly cryptic Enigma Code was a pivotal moment in world history. Here, we attempt to do the same at the brewery level with a hop some call the chameleon hop Enigma. By using various methods during the dry hopping process, we aim to bring out unique flavors you might not encounter with standard techniques.

Break Enigma uses wheat and oats as its grain base, then is heavily hopped with Enigma and a touch of Citra for balance. This beer pours bright yellow and has aromas of tropical fruit, berries, and stone fruit. Upon tasting, we detect a variety of berries, tropical fruit, citrus, and a hint of Pinot Gris. The beer is resinous with a wonderful blend of #EQjuice and a delightful earthy finish.
