Cloudwater Coconut & Vanilla Night Music | Pastry Stout

Night Music is a new series of luxury stouts. A little different from our usual sweet My Continuous Improvement, with a slightly lighter body and a touch of Muscovado sugar for a hint of dark sugar complexity. Coconut and vanilla leap from the glass, but the flavor softens and balances with the alcohol and dark roasted malts. A subtle nod to both additions rather than an explosion of extra flavor. Like a melted dark chocolate bounty!
