Bevog Eira 2025 | BA Stout

A complex and full-bodied beer, with layers of dark roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, and dried fruit that delighted our cellar masters. The beer, from the very best barrels, was blended and enriched with vanilla beans and cocoa nibs, 100% fair trade and from controlled organic cultivation: as always supplied by our local chocolate factory Zotter.

A magnificent beer with a deep, rounded chocolate flavor, while the vanilla softens the edges and adds sweetness and warmth to the natural intensity of the imperial stout. The bourbon ties everything together with notes of oak, caramel, and smooth whiskey.

Eira is a beer to sip slowly, made for long evenings, where chocolate, vanilla, and bourbon come together in perfect balance.
