Bevog Aline 2025 | BA Stout

This beer is all about chocolate and roasted notes, complemented by warm oak spices and a subtle vanilla flavor from charred bourbon barrels. To further enhance the mocha profile of this delicious stout, we added organic coffee and chocolate from our local coffee roaster Paul&Bohne.

We chose an organic blend of Arabica and Robusta beans. The coffee provides a creamy, full aroma of roasted nuts, dark chocolate, and a rich espresso flavor, without sharp acidity.

The chocolate, of course, comes from Zotter, who supplies only the highest quality cocoa: fully organic, fair, and traceable. The cocoa nibs add a rich chocolate flavor; deep, smooth, and bittersweet.
