Our flagship DIPA, the original that's been with us since the beginning (well, there was a short hiatus), is a masterpiece of Citra hops with plenty of oats. An exercise in excess with generous amounts of Citra hops - and only Citra hops - in both hot and dry hopping, then fermented with the notorious London Fog yeast strain for extra fruitiness. Prepare for a magnum opus of citrus, grapefruit, lime, and various tropical fruits.
