For this version of our sea asparagus lambic we have matured it extensively
After initial maceration in German oak and acacia barrels, this blend has a weighted average aging time of over 31 months at bottling.

All the grains used in brewing the eight different lambics in this blend come from Pajottenland. Brewed in collaboration with Beersteward and Fenix.
