This is Vault City's mixed fermentation base beer, the foundation of every sour beer we've brewed since 2018. Originally brewed for our brewery opening party, it showcases our unique house-made mixed culture of lactobacillus and saccharomyces, resulting in a refreshing tartness with layers of fruity esters and a sparkling sorbet-like finish. A light dry-hopping with Cashmere and Bramling complements the acidity with a subtle hop character.
