Swiss Peaks is our homage to everyone's favorite mountain chocolate. This decadent imperial stout combines a layered mix of chocolate, pale and amber malts with soft oatmeal, cocoa nibs, and a hint of honey. The finish is subtle with a touch of almond, like fresh snow falling on a Swiss mountaintop.

Some flavor combinations are timeless, like the fresh taste of raspberries and the delicious taste of dark chocolate. It's a revelation.

That's why we combined these two with a layered malt mix of Pale and Biscuit malts, Crystal DRC and roasted Caraffa Special III, plus Chocolate Wheat & Oats, for a rich, full imperial stout that you are guaranteed to fall in love with.
