Then we thought: never mind, let’s brew an imperial stout with the flavour of deep-fried Mars bars and make it 15.5% ABV.

Deep-fried Mars bars are as intrinsically linked to our country as haggis or Irn Bru, and we wanted to bring this dessert to life in a beer. With the help of Neon Raptor, we filled the beer to the brim with chocolate malt, cocoa nibs, and a subtle fried flavour.
