Tommie Sjef Flint | Wild Ale

Flint is our newest, gueuze-inspired blend of wild ales. The beers used in this special blend have been aged in oak barrels for six months to five years.
The aroma reveals notes of peach, straw, red wine, a hint of lemon, and a hint of black pepper. The flavor is reminiscent of pink grapefruit, white wine grapes, raw honey, and a touch of oak, with an earthy and slightly leathery finish. The mild acidity, wood tannins, and the light bitterness of the aged hops complement each other perfectly.
