Observation Rakau is a 6.5% Hazy IPA brewed with oats and wheat, heavily hopped with Rakau from @Freestylehops. It's the latest in our single-hop series, where we carefully "observe" the aromas and flavors released by different hops. We get a floral mix of stone fruit, including plum, apricot, pear, and red currant. It's a tasty and complex treat!
