Barrel Aged From Underneath is an imperial chocolate porter with an alcohol percentage of 11.5%, which has matured for 12 months in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. This beer has previously been crowned Canada's best Barrel Aged Imperial Porter, and this batch tastes as good as ever!
While we love our robust, full-bodied stouts from barrels, we find that this medium-bodied porter brings out the more complex bourbon flavors from the barrels. We absolutely love it!
