A seasonal IPA with fresh juniper berry stalks, brewed in collaboration with the Canadian brewery Messorem. This limited edition, forest-inspired IPA features freshly harvested juniper berry stalks for a powerful, aromatic, piney character.
Part of a forest-themed series brewed since 2021 – each edition offers a new interpretation, but always with a resinous, coniferous profile.
This year's version is a hazy, modern IPA, dry-hopped with Krush and Bru-1, with bright notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and subtle pine. Real juniper berry stems, added during the boil, create an intense, complex, forest aroma—spicy, earthy, and wild.
