Rich, spicy and full of character.
We started with 200 kilos of raisins, which we divided in half. Half were steamed into a thick molasses for a deep sweetness, while the other half was soaked in brandy, bringing out their warm alcoholic notes. To this, we added Ceylon cinnamon and Comoros vanilla, which added layers of spice and smoothness.
The result is a stout with the richness of dark fruit, the gentle warmth of brandy and a soft finish that lingers.
