ADONIS is a robust Russian Imperial Stout with three different roasted malts that give it such a rich, deep roasted flavor. ADONIS is not to be trifled with, as we had to double-mash and boil it for a long time to achieve this syrupy consistency. We added freshly roasted cacao nibs for a chocolatey flavor and combined it with one of our favorites: salted caramel extract. Enjoy sweet, savory, bitter, and roasted all at once.
