Kaapse Puck is a kettle sour brewed with barley, buckwheat, oats, and wheat. This combination creates the pleasant sour kick you expect from a sour, but with a nice creamy counterpoint thanks to the buckwheat and oats. To complete this "Plum Porter" edition, we've added plums, creating a wonderfully balanced sweet and sour taste.
