Jelster Passion From 't Kassie | Fruited IPA

Together with InnoGrowers, we developed a unique beer: a fruity IPA brewed with real Dutch passion fruit. The result is a homegrown exotic: Passion from 't Kassie. This IPA is packed with passion fruit that doesn't meet supermarket aesthetic standards, yet still offers a perfect flavor. By incorporating these fruits into beer, they are given a valuable purpose, a wonderful step towards reducing food waste. The use of aromatic Galaxy hops, which are added late in the brewing process, gives the beer an intensely fruity character. The fresh acidity of the passion fruit combines beautifully with the notes of peach and citrus from the Galaxy hops.

With 5% alcohol, Passie uit 't Kassie is deliciously drinkable and believe us: after one glass you will want more.
