The final beer in our 10-year anniversary series is a true classic for fans who have known us from the beginning: Billiard! This Imperial Oatmeal Coffee Stout is built on a rich malt base with oats and roasted malts and features a blend of Peruvian and Ethiopian coffee from Sprout Coffee Roasters, which adds notes of dark chocolate, marzipan and berries. Aromas of roasted grains and dark chocolate come first, followed by subtle fruit notes from the coffee, while a soft, round body from the oats supports the roasted character and the strength of the stout provides a constant warmth and structure. Cheers to 10 years!
