Welcome To The Jungle is Equilibrium's introductory beer featuring wild wheat, inspired by the idea of ​​introducing more people to this delicious beer style. Using a wheat-dominant grain blend, we've combined our TABA "honey badger" lactoculture with Austin's lactoculture. This combination creates this delicate beer. The aroma is wheaty, bright tropical pineapple, with a hint of lemon. The flavors complement the aroma: lemon wedges, pineapple, and grassy fields, with an incredibly balanced acidity and a light, sparkling finish.
